I have a 'sweet-tooth' - in a major way - it's not even funny. And one thing that satisfies it is Amy's famous Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe. I remember Amy sending me the recipe for these - it was a huge deal because she never gave it out - I think she thought it was safe with me since I lived in a completely different country!! :) I love to make these cookies and think of Amy as I do. I made a batch yesterday with Han and Wy - they get a kick out of measuring, dumping, mixing, scooping and a little tasting - so fun to bake with them.

And here are the cookies... this jar will be empty in no time... we all love them... great on their own or turned into an ice-cream-sandwich with Breyer's vanilla in the middle. yum, yum, yum...
